Finance Specialist

EA Talent Solutions has been engaged by our client, a Tampa-based investment firm, who is seeking a Finance Specialist . This part time role is a bridge between outside advisors, an offshore bookkeeping team, and senior leadership — focused on execution, coordination, and keeping core financial operations running smoothly. Responsibilities Serve as the day-to-day liaison between leadership, outside advisors, and an offshore bookkeeping team, ensuring guidance is clearly communicated and executed Manage entity setup, maintenance, and compliance tasks Handle transactional finance needs including payments, filings, and regulatory compliance Coordinate with outside counsel on various tax and legal matters and follow through on action items Provide general finance and administrative support in a lean, fast-moving environment Qualifications 3–10 years of experience in accounting, finance, or fund operations; former controllers, senior accountants, and fund administrators are encouraged to apply Exposure to fund structures, LP reporting, capital calls, or K-1s a plus Self-directed and organized, with the ability to take direction from outside advisors and execute independently Experience coordinating with offshore or remote teams across time zones As a recruitment and workforce management service, we are committed to promoting equal employment opportunity in all recruitment processes.
