Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental and emotional well-being to determine necessary interventions.

• Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, addressing their unique challenges and therapeutic goals.

• Provide evidence-based individual therapy sessions for clients of diverse backgrounds, helping them navigate issues such as anxiety, depression, and relationship dynamics.

• Facilitate couples therapy sessions aimed at improving communication, resolving conflicts, and nurturing stronger connections between partners.

• Regularly evaluate and adjust treatment plans based on client progress, feedback, and evolving needs, ensuring that treatment remains effective.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Connect with interdisciplinary teams and fellow healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care for clients.

• Provide crisis intervention and support to clients facing acute distress or emergencies, demonstrating your capacity to respond to critical situations.

• Engage in ongoing professional development to stay abreast of the latest therapeutic techniques and research in the field.

• Advocate for clients’ rights and needs, empowering them to make informed decisions regarding their treatment.

• Encourage self-care practices and wellness activities for both clients and yourself, maintaining resilience in a challenging field.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a licensed therapist at Communicare Healthcare Clinic, you will work with a diverse population, including children, adolescents, adults, and couples. This role involves treating a wide range of mental health concerns, such as trauma, anxiety disorders, relationship issues, and life transitions. Your skills will directly contribute to improving the mental health and overall well-being of our clients, enabling them to lead more fulfilling lives.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field.

• Active licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist obtained from the State Board.
\n
• Proven experience in providing therapy to individuals and/or couples.
\n
• Strong skills in completing client assessments and treatment plans efficiently and accurately.
\n
• Excellent writing and communication skills, with a willingness to learn and efficiently use electronic health record systems.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working with diverse populations, including youth and adults facing various mental health challenges.

• Background in crisis intervention, therapeutic group work, or specialized training in specific therapy modalities.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to USD 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and licensure. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
