About the Role
The Company is seeking a Head of Content & Brand to take on a senior leadership role, owning and leading the content and brand strategy across various channels. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting the creative and editorial standards, as well as managing the specific resources for short-form and long-form content. This role is pivotal in ensuring the brand's voice, tone, and standards are maintained and that the content produced is in line with the company's mission. The Head of Content & Brand will also be accountable for the performance and growth of the content, and for turning insights into new content strategies. Applicants for the Head of Content & Brand position at the company should have a proven track record of leading content or creative teams and be adept at managing content calendars, editors, and publishing pipelines. The role requires a candidate with strong editorial and creative judgment, excellent writing skills, and the ability to think strategically and in systems. The ideal candidate will be analytical, able to measure and optimize content performance, and comfortable with providing and receiving direct feedback. A key aspect of the role is the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and a personal alignment with the principles of the brand, which are focused on animal-based and functional health.
