Retail Store Manager 2

Responsibilities In this role you will oversee all aspects of the daily operation of a retail store. From merchandising and product launches to meeting and exceeding sales objectives, you will ensure customers receive an extraordinary experience with our products and services. You will also perform additional outreach and promotional activities, including off‑site events as needed, and coach a team of retail sales consultants to meet sales and service goals. Qualifications Excellent communication and leadership skills Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry Prior management experience Well‑developed planning, analytical, and problem‑solving skills Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends, and AT&T mobility systems The ability to collaborate with key stakeholders on initiatives beyond store walls Compensation Annual salary ranges from $66,100 to $99,100, plus up to $24,000 in commissions when sales goals are met. Salary may vary based on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
