About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President, Account Management to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for partnering with the SVP Sales to manage existing clients, with a focus on maintaining key relationships and driving additional revenue through the account management process. This role involves acting as a brand ambassador, leading client meetings, and serving as a strategic partner to the Sales Representative. The VP will also be involved in strategic account planning, participating in industry events, and supporting upsell and cross-sell initiatives. A key aspect of the position is to ensure service level performance and client expectations are consistently met, which includes monitoring metrics, resolving operational challenges, and collaborating with various teams to deliver solutions that align with customer needs. Applicants for the Vice President, Account Management position at the company should have a minimum of 5 years' industry experience, with a preference for those with a background in title insurance and closing. The role requires a leader with a proven track record in direct client engagement, elite presentation skills, and the ability to proactively assess and validate customer needs. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, with excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills, and a strong working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite.
