SR. PRODUCT SALES MANAGER (STARLINK FIXED SITE) the company was founded under the belief that a future where humanity is out exploring the stars is fundamentally more exciting than one where we are not. RESPONSIBILITIES: Leverage experience in fixed sites, retail, residential complexes, and commercial buildings to identify and develop improvements to pricing, product, and go-to-market strategies to support revenue growth, and be able to defend them internally. Support the integration of new hardware and service products into Starlink’s growing portfolio – this includes pricing, operations, sales enablement, and product portfolio management. Support the sales engagements of the broader team, engage with customers, and answer questions around commercial models and product capabilities. Develop and maintain technical and commercial sales enablement collateral to support Starlink’s sales teams, resellers, and direct customers. Work in partnership with our Licensing, Government Affairs, Operations, Finance, Legal, and Product Engineering teams. Consult with Sales Operations to improve Go-to-market processes for new product offerings. Oversee technical training and development for team members. Represent Starlink at global conferences and events. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s degree in a STEM or Business discipline or 5+ years of professional working experience in lieu of a degree. 5+ years of professional experience in technical sales or product management. 5+ years of professional experience with enterprise network infrastructure. PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE: 5+ years of previous experience in a customer-facing role. Previous experience in sales, account management, business development, engineering, and/or other technical roles preferred supporting enterprise networking products. Strong analytical skills in business and technical issues. Comfortable with high degree of ambiguity and figuring out solutions with minimal guidance. Knowledge of Starlink’s network infrastructure to communicate to customers. Strong interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills. Demonstrated technical aptitude for the products you’ve supported. ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS: Must work onsite from the company office in Bastrop, TX, Hawthorne, CA, Redmond, WA, or Palo Alto, CA Must be available to work extended hours and weekends as needed. Willingness to travel approximately 50% of the time to customer locations and other the company locations. COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS: Pay Range: Level 3: $130,000.00 - $205,000.00 Your actual level and base salary will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on the following considerations: job-related knowledge and skills, education, and experience. Base salary is just one part of your total rewards package at the company. You may also be eligible for long-term incentives, in the form of company stock or long-term cash awards, as well as potential discretionary bonuses and the ability to purchase additional stock at a discount through an Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
