University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus Department: Pediatrics – Section of Child Neurology Job Title: Instructor of Clinical Practice Position #00845082 – Requisition #:38972 Job Summary Clinical care of children with general neurological disorders including epilepsy in outpatient and inpatient settings. Key Responsibilities Outpatient child neurology clinics Inpatient service Weekend call coverage Regional/satellite outpatient clinics Mentorship and education of residents/fellows Work Location Onsite – this role is expected to work onsite and is located in Aurora, CO. Instructor of Clinical Practice:

• Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program.
• Pediatric Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant certification required.
• Prescriptive Authority or ability to obtain before start date.
• Conditions of Employment: Must pass drug test, national criminal background check; flexible work shifts may be required.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Additional training and expertise in Pediatric neurology.
• Strong communication skills.
• Broad knowledge and clinical skills in general pediatric neurology.

Anticipated Pay Range Hiring Range: Instructor $108,000 to $130,000.
