You Will Make An Impact By Positively promoting Vance Thompson Vision within the communities in which we serve. Overseeing and supporting the day-to-day clinical operations, while ensuring a positive patient experience. Understanding patient flow and the various clinical support roles and maintaining sufficient staffing levels. Developing, establishing, and reviewing clinical operations and procedures in accordance with Vance Thompson Vision policies and procedures. Monitoring patient satisfaction and patient feedback for implementing continuous operational improvement. Acting as a liaison and facilitating communication between doctors, management, and all team members. Evaluating opportunities and making recommendations for capital and efficiency improvements. Mentoring, training, supervising and developing staff to achieve high levels of performance. Communicating regularly, proactively, and clearly at all levels of the organization. You Have A bachelor’s degree in business administration or equivalent. Master of Business Administration preferred. A minimum of three to five years’ experience in clinic or healthcare leadership is preferred.
