Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide high-quality psychotherapy and counseling services to individuals, groups, couples, and families, addressing their unique emotional and behavioral needs.

• Conduct thorough client interviews to gather comprehensive social, personal, environmental, and health-related information, ensuring a full understanding of client backgrounds.

• Evaluate and address client issues within the scope of practice, collaborating with other health professionals as necessary.

• Establish and nurture therapeutic relationships with clients based on respect, trust, and acceptance to foster a supportive counseling environment.

• Regularly assess the effectiveness of treatment services, adjusting plans as needed to meet clients' evolving needs and achieving optimal outcomes.

• Maintain precise documentation of client interactions, ensuring compliance with established protocols and providing a clear record of services rendered.

• Manage an appropriate caseload while ensuring that all documentation is current and accurately reflects the services provided.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• A valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) credential in the state of Texas is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n
