Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit - Travel Registered Nurse

Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM

Experience:

• 12 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

• 12 months of Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit experience.

• 3 months of Epic experience is preferred.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a Texas license or compact license (required after submission).

• This role will require floating to multiple units

• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <90 miles from facility will be processed as local.

• No current placement allowed at Program: Vaya Workforce Solutions - Methodist Texas.

Additional Details:

You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.

Preferred Skills/Experience: - Previous Charge Experience: Preferred

Special Requests: - 3 days or less RTO required - candidate would still need to work full shifts each week of contract.

Unit Details: - Adult and geriatric patient population. - Wide range of med/tele patients; mix of every disease process; not a disease-specific unit. - Mix of procedures e.g. Cardiac Cath, ablation, cardioversion, kyphoplasty, lap Chole, lap appendicectomy, pacemaker etc.

Shift & Scheduling: - Call required. - 6 weekends required, will fill in staffing needs.

3 days maximum time off

2 references required from within the last 12 months
