Desired Qualifications:

• Active, current licensure and certification (CCC-SLP) to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist in the applicable state
• Experience or strong interest in working within a school-based setting, with students from kindergarten through high school
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in developing, implementing, and monitoring IEPs, and tailoring interventions to individual student needs
• Ability to adapt therapeutic approaches based on age, developmental level, and student profile

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech, language, and communication assessments and interventions exclusively on-site (no virtual or hybrid options)
• Cooperate with teachers, special educators, and support staff to maximize student outcomes
• Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential documentation for all services provided
• Foster positive, supportive relationships with students, staff, and families
• Contribute to IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams as needed
