Implementation Supervisor

Leading a team of Implementation Analysts, the full-time remote Implementation Supervisor will ensure effective onboarding of new clients, manage operational excellence, and foster a collaborative work environment while handling escalations and building relationships with internal and external customers. Key responsibilities Lead and develop a high-performing team, setting clear performance expectations and providing ongoing coaching Collaborate on daily operational risk activities to maintain quality and productivity standards Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to enhance customer satisfaction and support business goals Required qualifications 2 years of leadership experience in a service or operations role, along with 3-5 years of group benefits service or operations experience Strong human relations skills to foster teamwork and collaboration Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment Demonstrated adaptability, resilience, and a creative approach to problem-solving Remote work capability with access to high-speed internet, located in the United States or Puerto Rico
