  • Preferred: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 30 days of hiring.
Skills
  • Strong expertise in evidence-based treatment practices for all age groups, with a solid grasp of both developmental and acquired communication challenges related to speech, language, and swallowing.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills for engaging with patients, families, and members of multidisciplinary teams.
  • Adept at tailoring therapy techniques to cater to diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds.
  • Exemplary clinical reasoning capabilities and problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable navigating electronic health records and adhering to documentation protocols.
Benefits
  • A competitive salary reflecting your skills and experience.
  • Flexible scheduling options that ensure a harmonious work-life balance with varied caseloads.

A Career That Blossoms and Benefits Both You and Your Community

In this role, you won't be just delivering speech therapy; you'll be contributing to a community-focused mission that not only restores voices but strengthens relationships and forges heartfelt connections through the simple yet profound acts of understanding and communication.

You'll work alongside a network of compassionate clinicians who view one another as a family, fostering a culture of collaboration rather than competition. Every patient has their own unique story; we trust you to guide how it is revealed.

Why You'll Embrace Living and Working Here

Whether you're embarking on a new professional journey or looking to elevate your established career, this community is a fertile ground for personal and professional development.

Who We Are Looking For

We are searching for a Speech Language Pathologist who embodies empathy along with clinical results. Someone who gazes at a quiet child with the hope for future self-expression, or who listens to a stroke survivor with an ear for their unwavering spirit.

You might be a pediatric specialist keen on acquiring more experience in adult therapies or a clinician focused on neurorehabilitation eager to embrace the dynamics of early intervention into your approach.

If you possess a passion for serving others and leading through skillful practice, we are excited to welcome you.

Let Us Discover the Right Voice for You - Together

If you understand that speech extends beyond mere sound and therapy involves more than completing tasks, if you believe in building relationships ahead of reaching goals, and that laughter is just as essential as language, this could be your next big adventure in your career journey.

Join our mission in a community where communication and connection thrive, and every moment takes courage to embrace new beginnings. Apply today to bring your voice to our team - and assist others in finding their own.
