Job Description

• Craft Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess patients' requirements and create individualized therapy strategies aimed at achieving their personal functional objectives.
• Implement Rehabilitation Strategies: Employ evidence-based techniques to enhance patients' physical abilities, cognitive skills, and every aspect of daily living.
• Collaborate with Diverse Teams: Work alongside fellow OTs, PTs, STs, medical professionals, and nursing staff to provide thorough, holistic care.
• Educate Patients and Their Families: Guide patients and caregivers on effective therapy practices to encourage sustained progress at home.
• Track Progress and Adapt Treatment: Monitor clinical advancements and make informed adjustments to treatment plans, ensuring patients remain on track.

Education

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Ongoing education or additional certifications are both encouraged and supported.

Certifications

• Active Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license is a must.
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is required.
