Job Description

• Craft Tailored Rehabilitation Plans: Assess patients' needs and create specialized therapy strategies aimed at helping them reach their functional objectives
• Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Apply evidence-based methodologies to advance patients' motor skills, cognitive functions, and daily living activities
• Collaborate with Interdisciplinary Teams: Partner closely with OTs, PTs, STs, doctors, and nurses to deliver holistic care
• Educate Patients and Families: Teach patients and their loved ones therapy practices that support ongoing improvements at home
• Track Progress and Outcomes: Monitor clinical developments and adjust treatment plans as needed to ensure patients remain on track

Education

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognized institution
• Encouragement for continuing education and additional certifications

Certifications

• Current Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license required
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification mandatory
