Customer Service Representative ShipMonk is a leading fulfillment and technology partner for high‑growth e‑commerce and direct‑to‑consumer brands. We empower merchants with real‑time inventory visibility, AI‑powered order management, and a global network of owned fulfillment centers. What you’ll do Serve as the primary point of contact for merchants, resolving issues via phone, chat, email, and ticketing systems. Manage the daily queue of incoming merchant contacts and ensure timely follow‑up on all inquiries. Collaborate with warehouse management and development teams to complete merchant requests on schedule and to a high professional standard. Build sustainable, long‑term relationships with merchants, educating them on service offerings and proactive planning. Support merchant projects throughout their lifecycle and identify opportunities to improve the merchant experience. Propose upgrades and new products when appropriate to enhance service quality. Requirements 1–2 years of experience in a customer service role. 1–2 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or e‑commerce environments. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
