Key Responsibilities\n

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting individual mental health counseling sessions through video chat while adhering to ethical and compassionate practices.

• Utilizing evidence-based solution-focused therapeutic modalities to facilitate personalized treatment plans.

• Creating adaptive and individualized treatment plans based on thorough assessments, client feedback, and progress monitoring.

• Helping clients uncover insights into their emotions, experiences, and interpersonal relationships, empowering them to navigate their challenges.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you serve will primarily include stable, low acuity adults who present with an array of mental health needs. Your role is to empower these individuals by providing them with tools and skills to enhance their quality of life. Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, you will need to meet the following qualifications:

• A completed Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Holding a current and fully independent license—either a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). N

• No provisional or limited licenses, and no disciplinary actions against your license.
\n
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a compassionate approach to client care.

• Strong proficiency in computer skills to effectively navigate our therapy platform and maintain accurate client documentation.

Preferred Experience\n

While the following experience is not mandatory, candidates with the indicated background will be given preference:

Compensation and Benefits\n

This role offers a competitive salary range of $90,000–$104,000 annually based on your weekly hours worked. In addition to a compelling salary, we provide a sign-on bonus, weekly direct deposit, and a monthly healthcare stipend for full-time counselors.
