Technician

Akkodis is seeking a Technician for a Contract with a client in Santa Clara, CA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading complex assembly, validation, and calibration activities in a regulated medical device environment. Rate Range: $26/Hour to $31/Hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors. Technician Job Responsibilities include: Lead complex assembly, validation, and calibration activities in compliance with medical device standards. Perform testing, inspection, and fault finding to ensure product quality and reliability. Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance and support. Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency, quality, and compliance. Troubleshoot technical issues and apply structured problemsolving techniques. Work effectively under pressure while meeting timelines and customer requirements. Required Qualifications: Diploma or bachelor's degree in engineering, Life Sciences, or a related technical field. 2-4 years of handson experience in medical device assembly, testing, or validation. Proven experience leading complex assembly, validation, and calibration activities in a regulated environment.
