Dealer Title Specialist (Data Processor)

PrideStaff is seeking a full-time Dealer Title Specialist for a high-volume processing center in Delray Beach. This is a fast-paced role where you will process auto title packets for dealerships. What you'll do day-to-day:

• Calculate & estimate: Figure out taxes and fees for vehicle titles and registrations.
• Process & compliance: Review and process legal documents in strict compliance with title organization and state guidelines.
• Verify & audit: Ensure all incoming dealer packets are accurate and complete, proactively following up on missing information.
• Communicate: Effectively present information and answer questions for all levels of customer management and internal associates.
• Prepare: Format and ready documents for official submission within required state frameworks.

What we are looking for:

• Strong data entry skills and comfort working with numbers.
• Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and maintain accuracy in a fast-moving environment.
• High level of organization and extreme detail orientation.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are a strong plus, though not required.
