As a member of the Information Management team, you will provide a wide array of training and support to internal stakeholders to ensure Macquarie Capital remains in compliance with internal policies and regional laws. Your responsibilities include: Coordinating the collection and analysis of critical transaction records. Administering Macquarie Capital’s information and record management systems and online data rooms, including managing security and access to information. Providing training and guidance to Macquarie Capital staff on business processes, procedures, and systems. Managing Salesforce, Macquarie Capital’s transaction management and CRM system. What you offer Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent in Communications or a related field (Document Management or Information Management) plus 3 years of experience in the field, or 3 years of document and information governance and/or management within financial services, legal services, and/or management consulting. Prior experience must include 3 years working with a document management system, including providing training on the same. 3 years working with Power BI. 3 years working with all aspects of Microsoft Office 365. Must possess Salesforce Associate Certification. Salary range for this position: $114,500 – $125,000 per year. The base salary may vary based on experience, time in role, peer and market data, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location.
