As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Bret Webster - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Responsibilities:

• Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
• Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

Qualifications:

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.

Compensation: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour

• Before becoming a State Farm Agent, I was previously employed as a State Farm Employee.
• We have over 50 years of combined insurance experience in our office.
