Automotive Service Advisor - $100K+ Earning Potential - 4-Day Workweek

Location: East Hampton, NY
Schedule: Tuesday-Friday, 7:00 AM-6:00 PM
Pay Rate: $1,350/week base pay
Pay Type: Base pay plus weekly performance bonus tied to sales and gross profit

We are seeking an experienced Automotive Service Advisor in East Hampton, NY, for a family-owned automotive repair facility serving the community for more than 30 years. This is a customer-facing opportunity with a 4-day workweek, $1,350 weekly base pay, performance-based bonuses, and $120,000+ annual earning potential. The shop serves a distinctive mix of European, high-end, classic, rare, exotic, and motorsports vehicles and places a strong emphasis on hospitality, communication, attention to detail, and exceptional customer care.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for customers throughout the automotive service and repair process.
• Communicate clearly with customers about vehicle concerns, recommended services, and repair needs.
• Coordinate with technicians and the service team to support an efficient workflow and positive customer experience.
• Present service and repair recommendations while supporting sales and gross profit performance.
• Maintain clear customer communication and follow through throughout the service process.
• Use Tekmetric to support shop workflow, customer service, and Digital Vehicle Inspections.
• Anticipate customer needs, take ownership of follow-through, and deliver a high level of hospitality and attention to detail.
• Provide exceptional service to customers with high-end, European, classic, rare, exotic, and motorsports vehicles.

Qualifications

• Automotive Service Advisor experience.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with high-end clientele.
• Demonstrated sound judgment and professional communication in a customer-facing environment.
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
• Customer-service-oriented mindset with a commitment to taking ownership of the complete customer experience.
• Ability to work Tuesday-Friday from 7:00 AM-6:00 PM.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base pay of $1,350 per week.
• Weekly performance bonus based on the prior week's performance and tied to sales and gross profit.
• Annual earning potential of $120,000+ based on the stated compensation plan; actual earnings may vary and are not guaranteed.
