Commercial Litigation Associate – San Francisco Bay Area & Santa Monica Experience: Mid Level Salary: $180,000 - $240,000 per year Job Details My client seeks associates (3-5 years’ experience) for its San Francisco Bay Area and Santa Monica offices to join its commercial litigation practice group. Responsibilities Handle all aspects of commercial litigation, from pre‑filing investigation to trial and appeal. Draft complaints, motions, written discovery and manage complex discovery and ESI. Conduct and manage depositions; represent clients in court. Work with experts, prepare trial material, and serve as first- or second-chair on various matters. Qualifications 3‑5 years of litigation experience. Strong writing and analytical skills. Experience with depositions, in‑court advocacy, discovery and ESI management. Leadership and management skills. Smart, engaging, creative, public‑spirited, with a positive growth mindset. Prior federal clerkship a plus, but not required.
