Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, group, and family therapy sessions using a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities to cater to the distinct needs of clients.

• Utilize comprehensive assessment techniques to diagnose mental health disorders and collaboratively develop individualized treatment plans with clients, ensuring a clear roadmap for their therapeutic journey.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will serve a diverse client base, including individuals, couples, and families, presenting with a wide range of mental health challenges. Your focus will include anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and family dynamics. You will leverage your interpersonal skills to build trusting relationships with clients, making you a pivotal part of their healing journey.

Qualifications\n

• Must hold an active license as a Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of Georgia.

• A master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is required.

• A minimum of 4 years of experience providing mental health services in an outpatient clinic setting.

• Expertise in evidence-based treatment interventions and familiarity with various therapeutic modalities, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and family systems therapy.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 95,000 annually, reflecting your experience and skills.
