Quality Improvement & Compliance Lead

Westmoreland Community Action seeks a Quality Improvement Coordinator to ensure our program services meet federal and state regulations and agency policies. You will lead CQI initiatives and maintain data integrity across all programs, developing monitoring systems and guiding improvements. You will collaborate with leadership to implement corrective actions, monitor progress, and provide staff training.
