Personal Banker

Position ID : R220040 Location: Turnersville, NJ – Fries Mill Branch, PNC Retail Organization. About the Role Personal Banker responsible for acquiring and deepening the branch customer base through proactive sales, service activities, and community partnerships. The role drives revenue, grows customer share of wallet, and manages risk while ensuring a full PNC experience for every client. Responsibilities Acquire and deepen the customer base through proactive sales and service activities; identify opportunities to improve financial wellbeing. Drive proactive sales conversations via outbound calling, service‑to‑sales, teller interactions, and lobby engagement. Educate customers on managing transactions using technology, tools, and resources. Apply product and procedural knowledge to solve customer problems and enhance loyalty. Manage risk through policy adherence, sound judgment, and participation in branch operations. Qualifications Associate degree or equivalent with 3+ years experience in banking or related field (military service considered). Knowledge of personal banking products, digital awareness, and effective communication. Proven problem‑solving, prospecting, and customer‑service skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work within a matrixed environment. Background check required (Consumer Financial Protection Bureau regulations). No required certification or license beyond qualifications. Pay Transparency Base Salary: $45,375 – $75,625 per year. Incentive eligible based on performance.
