Hiring Brief Manager, Category (Rare Disease Business) Location: Bangalore Experience: 4–8 Years Travel Requirement: South India (Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kochi & other Tier-1 cities) Role Overview ImpactGuru is looking for a highly refined, relationship-driven professional to join our Rare Disease business. This role focuses on building partnerships with super-specialists and hospital ecosystems to identify and support patients requiring fundraising for high-value rare disease treatments. Key Responsibilities Build and strengthen relationships with super-specialists, neurologists, pediatric specialists, and other key stakeholders within leading hospitals. Identify and source patients and families requiring fundraising support for high-value rare disease treatments. Develop trust-based partnerships with doctors, hospital administrators, care coordinators, and support staff. Navigate institutional barriers and secure access to decision-makers within clinics and hospitals. Drive awareness and adoption of ImpactGuru's patient-support and fundraising solutions. Own the end-to-end lead generation journey from stakeholder mapping to opportunity conversion. Coordinate with internal teams for seamless patient onboarding and execution. Represent the organization professionally at conferences, CMEs, and medical forums. Candidate Profile Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills. High emotional intelligence to engage with patients, caregivers, and senior clinicians. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to overcome hospital access barriers. Consultative and entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently. Excellent stakeholder-management capabilities in complex healthcare ecosystems. Preferred Background Enterprise sales professionals currently operating in an Individual Contributor role. Senior doctor-facing professionals from medical devices, diagnostics, healthcare technology, hospital solutions, or healthcare services. Key Account Managers or Strategic Account Managers managing hospital partnerships. Professionals with experience engaging tertiary-care hospitals and specialist networks. Note: Candidates from traditional pharmaceutical sales backgrounds will not be considered.
