Collaborate with the branch and sales teams to ensure adequate coordination and transition to services. Apply and demonstrate knowledge of regulatory guidelines and governing processes.QualificationsMust possess a high school diploma or equivalent.Must have at least two years of experience in the health care industry and one year experience in home health or pediatrics.Must have demonstrated experience in customer service.Must have demonstrated knowledge of Medicare guidelines that govern a home health or hospice.Must have basic demonstrated technology skills, including operation of a mobile device.Education and experience, preferredA graduate of an approved school of professional nursing and licensed in the state in which they currently practice is preferred; may be a registered nurse or licensed professional/vocational nurse.Experience with intake responsibilities and working with a multi-location company is preferred.Requirements*Must possess a valid state driver licenseMust maintain automobile liability insurance as required by lawMust maintain dependable transportation in good working conditionMust be able to safely drive an automobile in all types of weather conditions* For employees located in Oregon, requirements related to driving are not applicable unless employee has a clinical license.Additional InformationEnhabit Home Health & Hospice is an equal opportunity employer.
