Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients’ mental health concerns, fostering strong therapeutic relationships from the outset.

• Collaborate with clients to set realistic therapeutic goals, closely monitoring progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary to optimize outcomes.

• Provide accessible teletherapy options for clients who may face barriers to in-person visits, such as geographical distance or mobility issues.

• Maintain meticulous and timely documentation in adherence to ethical and regulatory standards, utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems to streamline client management.

• Participate in ongoing professional development by attending workshops, webinars, and team consultations to remain abreast of emerging trends and therapeutic practices.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A bachelor’s degree is required; a master's or doctoral degree in relevant fields such as Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy is strongly preferred.

• Demonstrated excellence in communication and interpersonal skills, capable of creating a safe, trusting therapeutic environment for clients.

• A compassionate, empathetic approach and a non-judgmental attitude toward clients’ life experiences and struggles.

• Effective organizational and time management skills to balance a diverse caseload while managing administrative responsibilities efficiently.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working in teletherapy modalities is highly desirable, as many clients may benefit from remote sessions.

• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or Motivational Interviewing.

• Prior experience in community health settings, especially with diverse populations, is advantageous.
