Sales Account Executive (Poland)

We have a wide partner network of over 250 top digital agencies, integrators, and other companies that use our product in their work every day and improve their business results. We’re looking for a driven Sales Account Executive to join our Polish market team and help Ringostat achieve ambitious growth targets. You’ll be responsible for closing deals with businesses that need modern phone system, call tracking, and AI-powered analytics — a product that solves real, measurable business problems. This role is your entry point into a fast-scaling SaaS company with a clear career ladder from Junior to Senior, transparent targets, and real growth opportunities. If you have B2B sales experience, love winning deals, and want to grow with a company that doubles its sales every year — this is for you. If you recognize yourself in most of the points below — we'd love to meet you. Requirements 1+ year of B2B sales experience (SaaS, IT services, digital products, or similar). Experience managing the full sales cycle: from first contact or demo to closing. Ability to demonstrate personal sales results and achievements. Strong follow‑up skills and persistence in working with leads. Experience handling objections and building trust with prospects. Strong communication and presentation skills with different stakeholders. Well‑organized approach to pipeline management and CRM hygiene. Ability to manage multiple active opportunities simultaneously. Result‑oriented mindset with ownership of targets and outcomes. Proactive attitude toward learning and self‑development. Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Zoho, or similar). Ability to use Google Sheets / Excel for basic reporting and sales tracking. Experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) to improve productivity. Languages Polish — native or fluent (mandatory). English — B2 (Upper‑Intermediate) or higher (mandatory). What you’ll do Main goal: Close deals with maximum conversion rate and average deal value, consistently hitting your monthly sales target. Manage the full sales cycle for inbound leads — from demo to negotiation and closing. Conduct product demos via video calls, clearly presenting Ringostat’s value to different stakeholders. Work with objections and competitors — understand the market and position Ringostat’s advantages. Maintain impeccable CRM hygiene: every deal with correct status, next steps, and notes. Hit monthly sales targets on revenue, conversion rates, and average deal size. Cross‑sell and upsell Ringostat’s product suite (7 products in one ecosystem) to maximize deal value. Collaborate with SDR, Support and Customer Success teams to ensure smooth client onboarding. Participate in conferences, exhibitions, and specialized events when needed. #J-18808-Ljbffr
