This team serves as the bridge between innovation and regulation, safeguarding market access by ensuring product integrity, accuracy, and compliance with jurisdictional requirements. In this highly detailed and fast‑moving environment, team members rely on precision, analytical thinking, and a strong sense of accountability. Each person plays a critical role in reviewing, certifying, and maintaining product compliance, ensuring that the company not only meets but anticipates regulatory expectations. Job Summary We are seeking a detail‑oriented and knowledgeable Technical Compliance Analyst to join our Compliance team. In this role, you will ensure that all slot games developed or integrated by the company meet the technical requirements and regulatory standards set forth by gaming authorities across various jurisdictions. You will collaborate closely with developers, QA teams, regulatory bodies, and third‑party testing labs to ensure full compliance throughout the game development lifecycle. Key Responsibilities Review and analyze slot game specifications, RNG implementations, and payout logic to ensure compliance with jurisdictional technical standards. Conduct pre‑certification testing and internal audits of games prior to submission to regulatory testing labs. Stay up to date with the technical regulations and certification requirements of various gaming jurisdictions (e.g., UKGC, MGA, NJDGE, GLI, etc.). Work closely with game developers and QA teams to identify and resolve compliance issues early in the development process. Maintain and update internal compliance documentation and checklists for various regulatory frameworks. Prepare submission packages and technical documentation for third‑party testing labs and regulatory bodies. Track and manage game certifications, renewals, and jurisdictional approvals. Assist in interpreting regulatory changes and translating them into actionable technical requirements for the product team. Serve as a point of contact between regulatory agencies, testing labs, and internal stakeholders. Participate in post‑launch audits and issue resolution related to game compliance. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience). 2+ years of experience in gaming compliance, QA, or software testing—preferably in the online gaming or land‑based casino industry. Understanding slot game mechanics, random number generation (RNG), and return‑to‑player (RTP) calculations. Familiarity with technical standards from major regulators (GLI‑11, UKGC, MGA, etc.). Skills Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Proficient in reading and understanding technical documentation and code logic. Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex compliance issues to non‑technical stakeholders. Comfortable working with regulatory documentation and legal language. Ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines. Nice to Have Experience working with third‑party testing labs such as GLI, BMM, or Quinel. Knowledge of certification submission platforms and regulatory portals. Basic scripting or programming knowledge (e.g., Python, JavaScript) for test automation or analysis. Experience in both real‑money and social gaming environments. Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with systems like GLI‑11, GLI‑12, GLI‑21, or other gaming‑related technical standards. Experience using compliance management tools or regulatory tracking systems. Working knowledge of slot machine architecture and related technologies. Work Environment & Travel Standard office environment, with occasional travel (up to 10%) to regulatory meetings, industry conferences, or jurisdictional inspections as required. Immigration Law Compliance Bluberi is committed to full compliance with the federal immigration laws. These laws require all individuals to complete an employment eligibility verification procedure when hired. All new team members are required to electronically complete and sign an I‑9 form and furnish original documentation for proof of identity and proof of eligibility to work in the United States within three business days of their first day of employment. Employment Classification To determine eligibility for benefits and overtime status and to ensure compliance with federal and state laws and regulations, Bluberi uses the following classifications. Employment classifications are based on the guidelines of the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) and, as circumstances dictate, Bluberi may review or change employment classifications at any time. Exempt – Exempt Team members are paid on a salary basis and are not eligible to receive overtime pay. Non‑exempt – Non‑exempt Team members are paid on an hourly basis and are eligible to receive overtime pay for overtime hours worked. Regular, full time – Team members who are not in a temporary status and work a minimum of 30 hours weekly and maintain continuous employment status. These Team members are eligible for the full‑time benefits package and are subject to the terms, conditions, and limitations of each benefits program. Regular, part time – Team members who are not in a temporary status and who are regularly scheduled to work less than 30 hours weekly, but at least 20 hours weekly, and who maintain continuous employment status. Part‑time Team members are eligible for some of the benefits offered by the company and are subject to the terms, conditions, and limitations of each benefits program. Temporary, full‑time – Individuals who are hired as interim workers to temporarily supplement the workforce or to assist in the completion of a specific project and who are temporarily scheduled to work the company’s full‑time schedule for a limited duration.
