Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct one-on-one telehealth therapy sessions, addressing diverse behavioral health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and executive functioning challenges.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique circumstances and goals.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress using our electronic health record (EHR) system to ensure consistency in treatment delivery and outcomes monitoring.

• Stay updated on best practices and emerging research in behavioral health to integrate evidence-based interventions into therapeutic approaches.

• Motivate clients in overcoming obstacles and achieving personal goals, acting as a trusted resource and advocate throughout their mental health journey.

• Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions to share insights and develop interventions that enhance patient care.

• Manage a caseload effectively while prioritizing urgent cases and delegating tasks when appropriate to maintain high-quality service delivery.

Qualifications\n

• A master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

• A current and active license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Oregon.

• Demonstrated ability to engage with clients empathetically, establishing rapport and trust to facilitate meaningful therapeutic progress.

• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with clients and collaborate with team members.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $100,000 to $105,000 , commensurate with experience and caseload management.
