Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor at WPS, you will be responsible for:

• Facilitating group therapy sessions aimed at building community among clients, enabling them to share their personal experiences and support each other's growth.

• Providing individualized, empathetic counseling to help clients navigate complex emotional and behavioral challenges.

• Collaboratively developing and implementing individualized treatment plans that align with clients’ goals and preferences, ensuring a personalized approach to their care.

• Monitoring client progress through regular assessments and feedback sessions, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans to maximize outcomes.

• Working closely with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to discuss case specifics, coordinate care efforts, and optimize therapy results.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on young adults aged 18 to 30, many of whom may struggle with anxiety, depression, trauma, and transitional life challenges. Compensation and Benefits\n
