Director of FP&A

We are working with the CFO of a global company approaching $20B in revenue, based in New York, NY. Due to recent growth, they are looking to add a dynamic Director of FP&A to their team. This organization offers a competitive salary w/ benefits including executive visibility and a hybrid schedule!
RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Manage the monthly, quarterly and annual FP&A processes; clearly communicate financial results to members of the leadership team and board.
-Develop new processes or improve existing process related to FP&A including forecasting, budget planning, financial reporting, analytics, and variance analysis.
-Develop financial models and analyses to support strategic initiatives, including but not limited to new service lines, new business partnerships or acquisitions, and capital investments.
-Monitor KPI’s, highlighting trends and analyzing causes of unexpected variance
Implement and work with a Business Intelligence Tool and Dashboard reports.
-Prepare presentations to Board of Directors and Senior Management Team
REQUIREMENTS:
-Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Finance
-12+ years of progressive, Corporate FP&A experience
-Must have Forecasting, Budgeting, and Consolidation exposure
-5+years of leadership
-Expert proficiency with Microsoft Excel and ERP systems such as Netsuite, Oracle, or SAP, etc.
COMPENSATION:
$245,000 - $265,000 + Bonus
