Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, family, and group therapy sessions using evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to client needs.

• Provide crisis intervention support, conducting thorough assessments and formulating treatment plans for emotional and behavioral issues.

• Perform comprehensive initial evaluations to establish baselines for treatment and subsequent ongoing assessments to monitor progress.

• Develop, implement, and regularly update individualized treatment plans, collaborating with clients to ensure their goals are met.

• Actively participate in interdisciplinary team meetings, contributing insights and recommendations to enhance the collective treatment plan for clients.

This role focuses on supporting a diverse client base dealing with substance abuse and mental health disorders. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
