Purchasing Sourcing Associate

Location: Maplewood, MN 55144

Duration: 12+ Months

Pay rate: $25 - 30/Hr.

Work Arrangement: Hybrid - 4 days onsite, 1 day remote

Required Experience:

• 2-3 years of experience in indirect procurement

Key Responsibilities:

• Support stakeholders and the category team across USAC in professional services.
• Prepare RFPs and conduct price analysis to facilitate negotiation.
• Extract and manage data from systems such as SharePoint.
• Use Excel for data analysis, reporting, and dashboards.
• Maintain documentation and records related to sourcing and contracts.
• Verify purchase requests for accuracy and compliance.
• Support contract renewals, updates, and extensions.
• Assist with transactional procurement activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure procurement services.
• Communicate with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Serve as the point of contact for stakeholders on operational matters and follow up on issues.
