Key Responsibilities\n

In this role, you will:

• Conduct therapy sessions with couples and individuals, utilizing therapeutic techniques tailored for family dynamics and communication issues.

• Develop individualized treatment plans that outline therapeutic objectives and approaches tailored to each client's needs.
\n
• Incorporate evidence-based practices while addressing a variety of issues, including alcohol and substance abuse, relationship conflicts, grief and loss, and trauma.

• Facilitate family therapy sessions to enhance communication and resolve conflicts among family members.
\n
• Monitor client progress and modify treatment plans as necessary, ensuring ongoing support and effective care.
\n
• Utilize telemedicine platforms for remote therapy sessions, ensuring accessibility for clients who prefer or require virtual visits.
\n
• Participate in regular team meetings and case discussions to collaborate with other professionals and improve client outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on diverse client groups, including adults and adolescents, facing a range of challenges such as marital discord, parenting struggles, career-related stress, and adjusting to life transitions such as divorce or the blending of families. You will address specific issues such as:

• Alcohol abuse and addiction.

• Grief and loss, navigating through bereavement and significant life changes.

• Communication barriers within families and relationships.
\n
• Adjustment difficulties post-separation and exploring the dynamics of blended families.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A current and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field.
\n
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling the establishment of trusting therapeutic relationships with clients.

• Ability to demonstrate empathy, sensitivity, and a non-judgmental approach toward clients' struggles.

Compensation and Benefits\n
