Responsibilities Generate new business opportunities and maintain strong client relationships within assigned territories or market segments. Promote fire sprinkler solutions including installations, retrofits, inspections, repairs, and ongoing service offerings. Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, referrals, and industry events. Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline to consistently meet or exceed sales goals. Create and execute strategic account plans to effectively manage and grow your client base. Conduct client consultations to evaluate fire protection needs and recommend appropriate sprinkler system solutions. Prepare and deliver professional presentations, proposals, and quotations to prospective customers. Collaborate with design, estimating, and project management teams to ensure accurate project scope, pricing, and scheduling. Maintain ongoing communication with existing clients to provide support and identify additional service opportunities. Stay current with industry trends, local fire codes, NFPA standards, and applicable regulations. Accurately track sales activities, leads, proposals, and follow‑ups using CRM software. Provide reliable sales forecasting and contribute to strategic business growth initiatives. Skills & Qualifications Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding quotas. Strong technical knowledge and industry experience related to fire sprinkler systems. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strategic thinker with strong Business Acumen and Problem‑solving Abilities . Experience using CRM software and sales tracking tools.
