Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health status, coping mechanisms, and support systems.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions employing evidence-based practices like cognitive-behavioral therapy and trauma-informed care.

• Design and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to meet each client's specific needs, including the establishment of measurable goals.

• Coordinate care with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, nurses, and psychologists, ensuring cohesive treatment strategies.

• Deliver crisis intervention and develop safety plans for clients exhibiting high-risk behaviors or acute distress.

• Facilitate therapeutic support groups and educational workshops for clients and families navigating grief and loss.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with patients and their families who are confronting terminal illnesses or significant life changes, which often incite anxiety, depression, and other mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
