Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations including scheduling, phones, and patient check-in/check-out
- Verify insurance eligibility, process claims, and follow up on denials
- Handle patient billing, collections, and payment plans
- Maintain accurate patient records in dental software systems
- Coordinate with dentists, hygienists, and external providers
- Oversee office supplies, ordering, and vendor coordination
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and office policies
Must have experience working at a dental office.
