Future Opening: Office Administrative Assistant Part time office administrative assistant needed for basic data entry duties Monday through Friday from 10am until 12noon $11.00 per hour. Job Responsibilities: Have excellent phone skills. Answer phones and direct calls Enter checks and calculate bank deposits Handle collection for accounts Process credit cards Work with national maintenance companies Train cleaners on how to process invoices and work orders Assist with proposal preparation Light office cleaning Job Qualifications: Experience with computers and Microsoft Office Outgoing personality and experience working with general public High School or GED completed Office related experience preferred Over 18 years of age Own vehicle/reliable transportation Valid driver’s license Compensation: 11.00 per hour Fish Window Cleaning has grown to be the world's largest window cleaning company with more than 250 franchise territories in 43 states, yet we still maintain the traditional values we were founded on.
