Required Skills Minimum of 3+ years experience in staffing, workforce management, HR, or operations Exceptional organizational and communication skills Proven problem-solving ability and a strong sense of accountability Comfort managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting Proficiency with Microsoft Office and workforce management systems Experience with manufacturing, distribution, or high-volume staffing environments preferred Nice To Have Skills Knowledge of OSHA or safety compliance standards Experience with vendor management and client reporting Bilingual abilities or additional languages Certifications in HR or workforce management (e.g., PHR, CPP, or similar) Preferred Education And Experience Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field preferred 3+ years in staffing, operations, or workforce management within a high-volume setting Other Requirements Ability to travel locally to client sites as needed Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused mindset Demonstrated ability to lead with urgency and adaptability Step into a role where your leadership and organizational talents will drive operational success and enhance workforce engagement.
