Project Manager - Commercial Construction

Job Title: Project Manager – Commercial Construction Salary: $100,000 - $140,000 per year (base salary and bonus). Job Details The role is a full‑time, long‑term position responsible for managing all phases of commercial construction projects from inception to completion. Must ensure projects finish on time, within budget, and meet high quality standards. Responsibilities Oversee and direct commercial construction projects from conception to completion. Develop schedules and cost estimates. Monitor onsite and offsite construction for compliance with building and safety regulations. Coordinate construction workers and subcontractors. Meet contractual performance conditions. Review work progress daily. Prepare internal and external reports on job status. Plan to prevent problems and resolve emerging issues. Negotiate contract terms, draft contracts, obtain permits and licenses. Analyze, manage, and mitigate risks. Ensure quality construction standards and proper techniques. Qualifications 5+ years of project management experience in commercial construction. Bachelor's degree in construction management, architecture, engineering or related field (preferred). Proven experience in construction management and advanced knowledge of construction processes, methods, and techniques. Expertise with Procore and other project management software. Strong leadership, conflict resolution, and crisis management skills. Excellent time‑management, organizational, analytical, and communication skills. Ability to plan and see the big picture.
