Platform Success Specialist

To support agency clients in mastering a unified AdTech platform, the full-time remote Platform Success Specialist will lead onboarding processes, ensure seamless campaign execution, and bridge technical capabilities with real-world application. Key Responsibilities Lead structured onboarding for agencies across the full campaign lifecycle, ensuring effective audience creation and omnichannel activation Act as the primary technical contact during onboarding, troubleshooting implementation issues and translating platform capabilities into actionable campaign setups Capture user feedback and facilitate communication between agencies and product teams to enhance platform usability and drive product improvements Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience managing complex client relationships in AdTech or digital media environments Strong working knowledge of identity, audience data, campaign activation mechanics, and attribution workflows Hands-on experience with programmatic platforms such as DSPs, Google Ads, and CRM tools Experience onboarding agencies or advertisers onto marketing or AdTech platforms is strongly preferred Ability to translate technical complexity into operational clarity for clients
