Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical capabilities and limitations to formulate effective, individualized treatment plans.
• Administer a variety of therapeutic interventions aimed at restoring mobility, improving function, and enhancing overall quality of life.
• Utilize evidence-based therapies and cost-effective techniques that prioritize non-surgical alternatives and minimize medication reliance.
• Monitor patient progress continuously, adjusting treatment protocols as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Maintain clear and concise documentation through EMR software, including Web PT, ensuring accurate recording of treatments provided and patient progress.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to integrate various therapeutic approaches and optimize patient care.
• Educate patients on exercises, home treatment plans, and lifestyle modifications to promote long-term health and prevent future injuries.
• Foster a motivating environment that encourages patient compliance with prescribed regimens and boosts their confidence in rehabilitation.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our patient demographic encompasses a wide range of ages and physical conditions, with a particular focus on individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports-related injuries, and chronic musculoskeletal pain. Qualifications

• Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program; a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is preferred.
• Active and unrestricted Physical Therapist license in the state of Florida.
• No history of sanctions or board proceedings associated with your license.
• Proven expertise in implementing various manual therapy techniques and exercise programs tailored to each patient's needs.
• Familiarity with EMR systems, with strong proficiency in Web PT for accurate documentation and patient tracking.
• Adherence to current physical therapy methodologies and a commitment to ongoing professional development through continued education.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working in home care or equally patient-focused settings, demonstrating capability in delivering care in individuals' homes.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary range of $100,000 to $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
