The role involves generating and responding to enquiries, communicating with prospective customers, scheduling discovery calls, following up enquiries and providing information about our programs. You will also participate in ongoing personal and professional development designed to strengthen your communication, marketing and leadership capabilities. What You'll Be Doing Develop and implement online marketing strategies to generate qualified enquiries. Use digital platforms and social channels to promote personal development and leadership education programs. Respond professionally to people who have expressed interest in our programs. Communicate with prospective customers by phone, email and online platforms. Schedule and conduct discovery calls with prospective customers. Manage and follow up enquiries using established processes. Maintain professional communication standards aligned with organizational values. Follow a proven marketing system and established digital processes. Participate in ongoing personal and leadership development. Work autonomously within a remote office environment. You are self-motivated and able to manage your time effectively. You are comfortable using social media, digital platforms and online systems. You value continuous learning and professional development. You can commit approximately 15 hours per week to the role. Previous experience in marketing, sales, coaching, recruitment, education or consultancy environments is beneficial but not essential.
