About the Position

Psychiatrist (MD/DO) – Locum Tenens

Location: Longview, Washington

Start: November 30, 2026
⏳ Assignment: Through February 28, 2027 (Potential for Extension)

Schedule

• Monday–Friday
• 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Optional night call
• Weekend coverage approximately once per quarter (telehealth if residing in WA)

Practice Details

• Adult Psychiatry
• Mix of outpatient clinic and inpatient behavioral health
• Approximately 12–14 patients per day
• Inpatient rounding, admissions, and discharges
• Split schedule on some days:
  • Inpatient: 8:00 AM–12:00 PM
  • Clinic: 1:00 PM–5:00 PM
• Epic EMR

Requirements

• Board Certified Psychiatry
• Active Washington license (required at submission)
• BLS Certification
• Minimum 2 years of experience
• Recent clinical case logs (100 patients within the last 24 months)
