Job Description Sr Staff Accountant Minneapolis,MN, US 6879747 2 days ago Job Details Experience: Mid Level Salary: $75,000 - $95,000 per year What You’ll Do Own monthly journal entries, account reconciliations, and general ledger review Support the financial month-end close process Handle the accounting complexity that comes with acquisitions: intercompany, opening balances, and properly posting transactions so the financials hold up Investigate reporting discrepancies and communicate issues clearly and quickly Support internal and external audit requests, including annual financial and year-end audits Take on special accounting and finance projects as the business grows What You Bring Bachelor's degree in Accounting 3-7 years of accounting experience in a similar or adjacent role Solid foundation in month-end close, journal entries, and account reconciliations Microsoft Suite with genuine Excel depth Mid- to large ERP experience A high level of discretion with confidential information Initiative, curiosity, and the instinct to dig into a problem and figure it out rather than wait to be directed Excellent communication and organizational skills, and comfort working both independently and on a team No prior acquisition or multi-entity accounting experience required.
