Pizza Cook / Marketplace Kitchen Associate

Love great food, quality ingredients, and working as part of a small team? Pizza Standard Time is looking for a Pizza Cook / Marketplace Kitchen Associate to join our opening team. About the Role This role is more than making pizzas. You'll help prepare and package specialty foods for our Wine & Cheese marketplace, create beautiful charcuterie boards, support inventory management, and help deliver an exceptional guest experience. What you'll do Prepare pizzas and menu items according to recipes and quality standards Monitor inventory levels and communicate ordering needs for marketplace products and kitchen supplies Prepare and package ready‑to‑eat goods for our Wine & Cheese marketplace Assemble charcuterie boards and specialty food offerings for guest orders and events Assist with food prep and daily kitchen operations Maintain a clean, organized, and food‑safe workspace Work closely with teammates to ensure efficient service and consistent quality What we're looking for Previous kitchen, culinary, deli, catering, or food preparation experience preferred Passion for food and attention to detail Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment Strong organizational and communication skills Team‑oriented attitude and willingness to learn Food Handler Certification preferred Benefits & Perks Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance (eligible employees) Paid Time Off (eligible employees) Holiday Pay (eligible employees) 401(k) with Company Match (eligible employees) Sick Time (eligible employees) Employee Dining Discounts Employee Marketplace Discounts Schedule Hospitality requires a flexible schedule.
