Account Executive

Remote, work from anywhere on a North American timezone. Competitive base plus uncapped commission. The short version We are hiring our first Account Executive. This is a foundational sales role, not a seat in a machine. You would own inbound from senior marketers around the world, close deals, and help build our outbound motion from the ground up. Uncapped commission. Real ownership from day one. Direct access to the founders. If you perform, you grow fast. About InBeat (Part of Fieldtrip) Most brands work with a handful of agencies. One for paid media, one for content, one for influencer, one for SEO. The problem is they never talk to each other. Learnings get lost. Budget gets wasted. The brand ends up doing all the coordinating. Fieldtrip fixes that. We are a collective of specialist agencies, influencer marketing, performance creative, paid media, and SEO, working as one team. One point of contact. One shared strategy. What works in paid shapes creative the same week. What works in search informs content strategy. Everything connects. The role We are building our sales team and this is a foundational hire. You would handle inbound leads, running discovery, scoping, and closing deals with senior marketers globally. We are also looking for someone who understands outbound and can help us build that motion over time. This is consultative work. You are not order‑taking. You are helping senior marketers understand why the way they currently work is not serving them, and why Fieldtrip is the smarter alternative. There is a real career path here, not a box to sit in. What you will do Handle and close inbound leads across global markets. Run discovery, scoping, and closing calls with senior marketing decision-makers. Match each prospect to the right Fieldtrip solution across influencer, paid media, creative, and SEO. Help build outbound pipeline using tools like Apollo and similar outreach platforms. Build and manage cadences and sequences as the outbound motion develops. Use technology, automation, and AI to streamline your workflow and work efficiently. Keep the CRM accurate and the pipeline clean at all times. What we are looking for 4 to 6 years of sales experience in an agency, media, or marketing technology environment. A strong understanding of paid media, performance creative, and influencer marketing. A proven track record of hitting and exceeding targets. We will ask for numbers. Comfort running a full sales cycle from first call to close. Hands‑on experience with sales tools such as HubSpot, Apollo, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator. The ability to build outreach cadences and sequences. A strong advantage. Comfort using AI and automation to work smarter and faster. A sharp, clear communicator, on calls and over email. Self‑directed, hungry, and comfortable in a fast‑moving environment. What makes you stand out You have sold into marketing or growth teams at DTC, e-commerce, or app and subscription companies. You understand performance creative, and why brands struggle to produce content at the volume paid media demands. You have a genuine point of view on why the current agency model is broken. You have helped build sales processes, not just followed them. You use AI to research, personalise, and move faster without losing quality.
